Website Purpose

This website provides general information about Advocate, our psychiatric rehabilitation services, referrals, admissions,
employment opportunities, and related resources.

Website content is provided for informational purposes and is not a substitute for individualized medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or other professional advice.

Submission of an inquiry or referral through this website does not establish a provider-client relationship or guarantee admission to services.

Healthcare Services

Eligibility, admission, treatment, rehabilitation, billing, and other healthcare services are governed by applicable laws, payer requirements, clinical determinations, and the agreements and notices provided to individuals receiving services. These Terms do not replace or modify those documents.

Text Messaging

Individuals who agree to receive text messages from Advocate may receive informational and customer-care messages related to referrals, admissions, appointments, scheduling, communication with Advocate staff, service coordination, and administrative follow-up.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of receiving services from Advocate.

Text Messaging

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After an opt-out request is processed, no additional messages will be sent unless the individual later requests or consents to resume text communications.

Reply HELP for assistance. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messaging is not monitored continuously and should not be used for urgent or emergency communications.

Acceptable Use

You may not use this website to:

• Violate applicable law;
• Attempt unauthorized access to Advocate systems;
