• Communication with Advocate staff;
• Service coordination; and
• Administrative follow-up.
Consent
SMS consent is obtained during Advocate’s intake, admission, referral, or service-coordination process and
documented within Advocate’s authorized systems.
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of receiving services.
